Description
As part of the modernization and expansion works of Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, our company was responsible for the complete steelwork scope, which included pedestrian corridors, waiting areas, reinforcement of existing structures, extensions of existing terminal platforms, emergency staircases, substructures for auxiliary equipment, and more.
The anticorrosive protection of most structural elements was carried out using alkyd and epoxy coatings, while staircases were treated with hot-dip galvanization. All main load-bearing structural elements were protected with fire-resistant coating rated for 60/90 minutes.
